This past weekend’s (Sat., September 15, 2014) UFC Fight Night 51 from Brasilia, Brazil, didn’t have a huge impact on the rankings, but it did provide a nice shakeup for the somewhat stagnating heavyweight division when previously No. 14-ranked Andrei Arlovski knocked out former No. 4-ranked contender Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva in the main event.

Former champion Arlovski moved up to No. 7 for his efforts, while “Bigfoot” slid down to No. 9.

This Saturday’s (September 20, 2014) UFC Fight Night 52 from the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan, could impact the women’s bantamweight division when Miesha Tate takes on unbeaten Japanese sensation Rin Nakai.
