personally i am really looking forward to seeing if mark bocek can continue his impressive run, and get a submission against bendo.
ehm.. no he can't.
bocek got this ground game down . if he can get henderson on the ground he will sub him .
ben hendo aint tapping to no one watch da first cerrone fight and you'll see why
@steven. i dont know how henderson didnt tap in that fight. machida to stop randy. hnderson to stop bocek and gsp to stop shields.
and your reasoning for such a definitive answer is?
the first Donald Cerrone fight, the guy has ridiculous Sub and TDD
I think this is incorrect:

im confused, can somebody tell me if jake ellenburger is still fighting sean peirson, cuz half the time i look it sais brian forster is fighting peirson.
WTF anderson broke both his hips?
That's Brazilian for ribs my friend.
Damn Brittney is smoking hot
get a girlfriend
look at his pic he has 6
I find it interesting that Bendo is slightly overweight, he'll be able to cut that extra weight in time for the fight.
yeah and he knew he was overweight because he took everything off right away, i never seen Bendo not making weigh before
wheres the video?
here we go again with Steven Seagal......
So, after Steven (Seagal) told Rickson '' Hey, you should try this ground fighting.'' And told Anderson Silva '' Try this kick.'' He said to Machida, '' Hey, Lyoto man; you should try this Karate stuff.''
;)
Mark Hominick (145.25)
is he over? i thought there was no allowances for championship fights
I was puzzled with this as well... When I was watching and posting the results, I heard them say ".25" and thought he would have to cut additional weight... But if so, they didnt mention it or say anything about him being over.
cant u go 1 pound over?
not in championship fights
Aldo is RIPPED! R.I.P Hominick
I hope Couture has prepared for the front-snap kick...and I hope he's prepared for the side-kick, too; just in case Segal has taught that to the Brazilians, as well.
Seagul... I hate that douche. I can hear him now telling Machida "I saw fear in his eyes at the weigh-in" And then after the fight(which Machida will probably win) no matter how Machida wins, sub, KO Dec it will be some technique that Seagul "taught him" in training camp. GTFO biggest fraud on the planet. Aikido is a joke as well.
Hmmmm looks like I called that shit to a "T"
Shields looks tired.
