TUF 10 Finalist Brendan Schuab wasnt invited to the UFC 116 open workout but that didnt stop him from coming to support his fellow teammate Shane Carwin.
“I expect to be on the main card after this,” Schaub (5-1) told MMA Fighting. “It’s an honor to be on the Spike prelims, but after this, I expect big-name opponents. I think this will separate me from the rest of the up-and-comers. I think I showed what I do to up-and-comers like Chase Gormley and the guys on the TUF show, so I think from here it’s going

Following his contreversial loss to Matt Hammil Keith Jardine was realesed from the UFC. Although many would be upset he accepts this with a smile on his face.
“Starting over doesn’t sound so bad to me,” Jardine blogged on his site. “Although my career is at a crossroads my story is only half-written. I have a lot of fight left in me and I continue to improve with every fight.”
