Michael Bisping vs Cung Le fight video from UFC Fight Night 48….

Veteran UFC middleweight Michael Bisping returned to action this past August, taking on former Strikeforce champion Cung Le. The main event of UFC Fight Night 48 in Macau was followed by a cloud of controversy, as Le failed a post fight drug test for HGH. The fight itself was vintage Bisping, as he picked Le apart and finally scored a fourth round TKO over the battered Sanshou master.

Cung Le would go on to deny the charges of juicing, although a one-year suspension had already been handed down. The UFC would also go on to relent, allowing Le to appeal after information arose surrounding the sketchy testing procedures in Macau. For Bisping though, this fight was about redemption, in more ways than one.

After losses to Chael Sonnen, Wanderlei Silva, Vitor Belfort and Dan Henderson, you could argue that “The Count’s” only losses to ‘clean’ opponents have been against Tim Kennedy and Rashad Evans. The brash Brit was coming off a loss heading in to his Macau showing against “Johnny Cage”, and the subsequent failed drug test almost served as a confidence booster for Bisping.

Having long been a fringe contender to the middleweight title, Bisping’s win over Le scored him a very important headliner against Luke Rockhold. The two long-time enemies will have the chance to settle their score in Sydney. In aid of “The Count” potentially getting his long-awaited title shot (given he beats “Rocky”) UFC.TV have released Bisping’s fightography.

Undoubtedly his best finish and performance in years, check out the UFC Fight Night 48: Michael Bisping vs Cung Le fight video and stay tuned to LowKick.com!
