Rousey hasn’t seen Octagon action since suffering her first career mixed martial arts (MMA) loss to Holly Holm during their main event clash at UFC 193 in Melbourne last year, in which a vicious head-kick from Holm not only took away Rousey’s undefeated record, but her title as well. Nunes won the title from Miesha Tate in their main event collision at UFC 200 in July, capturing the first title of her UFC career.
