WSOF 32

It’s once again fight day here at LowKickMMA, and the talent on display tonight (Saturday, July 30th, 2016) will come from WSOF 32. Headlining the card are Marlon Moraes and Josh Hill, but there’s a whole bunch of great fights also taking place on the rest of the card.

Marlon Moraes (champion) and Josh Hill (challenger) met in a bantamweight title bout in the main event. Moraes picked him apart in the first round. Moraes was the more quicker fighter and Hill had a hard time with his range. Moraes knocked him out with a head kick to retain the title.

Alexandre Almeida (champion) and Lance Palmer (challenger) met in a featherweight title bout as of the co-main event. Palmer took him down in the round and Almeida went for a heel hook but had to let it go. They exchange throughout the first round. Palmer was still looking to take the fight to the ground in the second round but Almeida was shutting him down. Almeida dropped him at the end of the third round and thought the fight was over but Palmer got back to his feet and the fight continued. Palmer found his distance in round 4 and was landing some good shots. Almeida stayed in the pocket and was exchanging. Close round. In round 5, the pace slowed down but they had a solid fight. The judges gave the win to Palmer the win and WSOF has a new featherweight champion.
