UFC Fight Night 40 Phantom Cam Highlights
UFC Fight Night 40 is still fresh in our memories as one of the best events of 2014, at least in my books, and one fight stood out a significant amount more than the rest. Erick Silva vs. Matt Brown was always expected to produce fireworks, but there were some serious missiles being launched by the two sluggers in Ohio.
The welterweight division is still as deep and dangerous as it’s ever been, but UFN 40 had more than just a main event; Costas Philipou returned to winning form as he starched Lorenz Larkin in the evening’s co-main event, Soa Palelei went all hulk on Ruan Potts, Johnny Eduardo rocked the bantamweight boat with an upset KO of Eddie Wineland, and the Fight Pass card included two brutal knockouts.
