The Korean Zombie speaks: I want Jose Aldo, I will end his reign as a Champion

A bold statement, to be sure. Jung most recently competed at UFC on FUEL TV 3 where he defeated Dustin Poirier via D'arce choke in perhaps one of the best fights of the year at the Patriot Center in Fairfax, Virginia. UFC President Dana White initially suggested Jung was potentially in the running for a title shot against Aldo, but later stated he was the clear cut top contender.
Aldo,however, was originally scheduled to face Erik Koch at UFC 149 in Calgary, Canada, but was forced to withdraw due to injury and is expected to face Koch at an undetermined date in the future.
Aldo last competed at UFC 142 in January of this year in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where he defeated Chad Mendes in the first round of their bout by TKO.
The question is, does Jung deserve a title shot, right now? Does he jump over Koch to get to Aldo based on the strength of his FUEL TV performance or should he wait and fight the winner of Aldo vs. Koch?

I love the Zombie. enjoylife is right he has looked great recently.
I'm pretty sure Aldo will destroy him.
That said, I was pretty sure Poirer was going to destroy him too. He does have a different style, so maybe he could somehow pull off the upset. I just don't see how he doesn't get KO'd vs Aldo though.
