UFC 191 Salaries Released: Anthony Johnson Tops The List

Following UFC 191 on Saturday night, the fighter salaries were released by the Nevada Athletic Commission on Tuesday afternoon.

Anthony Johnson pocketed an event-high $230,000 in purse money for his second-round knockout of light heavyweight slugger Jimi Manuwa ($24,000) while fighting on the main card.

In the co-main event, Andrei Arlovski ($225,000) defeated Frank Mir ($200,000) and earned those respected salaries.

Finally, in the main event, Demetrious Johnson earned 1,000 while John Dodson earned ,000.

UFC 191 took place on Saturday, September 5, 2015, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event aired on pay-per-view, FOX Sports 1 and UFC Fight Pass.

Demetrious Johnson fought John Dodson in the main event for the flyweight championship while heavyweights Frank Mir and Andrei Arlovski battled in the co-main event. Also on the card was Anthony Johnson vs. Jimi Manuwa and UFC’s next big thing Paige VanZant.
