King Green Sends Daniel Zellhuber to Dreamland in Round Two - UFC Mexico Highlights

King Green added another highlight-reel finish to his resume, putting away Daniel Zellhuber at UFC Mexico on Saturday.

In typical King Green fashion, the lightweight mainstay spent much of the opening round taunting and walking down his opponent. That proved to be a solid game plan as Zellhuber failed to connect with a majority of his strikes.

That trend continued in the second, though Green did find himself dangerously close to being submitted via an inverted triangle. Before long, Green fought his way out of the maneuver and back to his feet, where he continued to control the cage and dominate the standup.

With Zellhuber pressing Green against the fence, Green unleashed a right hand followed by a pair of lefts, the latter of which put Zellhuber out on his feet. Unfortunately, referee Herb Dean didn’t realize Zellhuber was out. That resulted in Green unleashing a flurry of ground-and-pound before the fight was finally called off.

Official Result: King Green def. Daniel Zellhuber via TKO (left to ground-and-pound) at 4:55 of Round 2.
