UFC 191 went down last night (September 5, 2015) from Las Vegas Nevada, and dominant flyweight champion Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson defended his title for the seventh consecutive time against No. 1-contender John Dodson in the main event.

Also on the main card, light heavyweight strikers Anthony “Rumble” Johnson, and Jimi “Poster Boy” Manuwa went at it. After dropping a loss to current champion Daniel Cormier in his last bout, Johnson bounced back by scoring a second round finish over Manuwa and earning a ,000 “Performance of the Night” bonus as well.

On the preliminary portion of the card, TUF veteran Raquel Pennington was looking to bounce back from a loss to Holly Holm, and she did just that as she submitted her opponent, Jessica Andrade, in the second round. Along with her submission, Pennington secured a $50,000 “Performance of the Night Bonus”.

As far as “Fight of the Night” goes, that honor was handed to two bantamweights. Former flyweight contender John Lineker moved up to bantamweight after missing weight at flyweight multiple times to take on Francisco Rivera. The two traded blows in quite the exciting affair before Lineker was able to sink in a submission. Both men earned $50,000 for their efforts.
