So all fighters, bar John Cholish, made weight today. Things got pretty heated between Luke Rockhold and Vitor Belfort. After some shoving, the two Middleweight scrappers had to be separated. I am pumped for this event, all the fighters looked in great shape. Check out the full weigh-in video below and stay tuned to Lowkick!

  • Well, both of them (Belfort & Rockhold) looked to be in great shape…even phenomenal shape and given the way VB looked, I have to wonder if his cardio will even be an issue should the fight go to the later rounds.

I'm hoping for a nice juicy fight. I picked VB for a round 1 KO, but I wouldn't be a bad thing to see a 5 round war, either. This should be a great fight. I think Rockhold is a tougher challenge than Bisping was. I hope VB continues his win streak @ 185.

Best of luck to both fighters.

    • I think this is one of the better fights of the year. When its not for a title. The best fights are the ones where you don't know whos gonna win. But you do know it'll be a great battle.

      • Yeah, I'd agree with that statement. This is a solid fight right across the comparison chart and promises to be a good bout. As we all know, VB is a finisher, but his cardio has been in question. Still, I think that's a tall order for any fighter to simply right off 3 rounds, in hope that he'll still be there in the 4th, to claim victory over Belfort. That's a lot of dice rolling. The man is a finisher.

Good luck to Luke. If he beats Vitor, then he's potentially the real deal as a StrikeForce cross-over fighter and a win probably gets him a title shot. Either way, there's a lot @ stake in this fight for both fighters. Vitor more so than Luke, though.

I loved the weigh-in clash. However, I have to figure that Luke's aggressive line-up posture will only serve to fire Belfort up. Not intimidate him. Not even close. We shall see, tomorrow.

        Enjoy the bout.

      • PS – For the record, I thought Vitor simply looked to be in shape and didn't have a "hard" (on something) look to him. I wonder if he forgo the TR treatments for this bout? It would be nice if his / every fighter's TRT status was known publicly.

  • Uh…its legal and regulated. F**king get over it, girls.

    • No, keep it up and make TRT a thing of the past and let the cheating regulated or not be shut down.

  • Once on TRT, always on TRT…..its legal thats true, its regulation however is poor.

  • Fighter cheats on performance enhancing drugs, that's OK it's regulated and legal. One fighter smokes a bit of weed that has infintessimally small change to fighter's physical state and is fined $130k. Alice not coming out of the well anytime soon.

  • Its not the TRT giving him strength, its that epic Mohawk/Mullet he has going. So beastly.
