Team Alpha Male Has A Clear Message For Renan Barao After UFC 173

T.J. Dillashaw’s monumental UFC 173 victory over Renan Barao was truly a thing of beauty. ‘The Viper’ upset the odds makers by absolutely dominating the now former boss, and rallying for a fifth round TKO win. The sensational victory put Dillashaw, and Team Alpha Male firmly on the MMA map, but has it gone to their heads already?

Urijah Faber posted the following photo on his Instagram account, in an obvious gibe at the former champion’s skills:

Ok, so I may have gotten a little carried away, and you could say that it’s more of a good-natured prank, but I doubt that Renan Barao will find it funny. His quest for an immediate rematch with Dillashaw may end up being fulfilled, and this will do little more than fuel the fire under the Brazilian. It’s especially cruel when you consider that T.J. has said he would rather fight Raphael Assuncao or Takey Mizugaki before rematching ‘Baron’.

I’m not going to hold it against him, because he is probably the most dangerous guy around at half my weight, but would his gym buddies be better off leaving the beef at the door?
