Arianny's claiming it was self defense. While she has a plausible explanation for her arrest, there's no way you can offer anything of the sort for a 270 lb Brett Rogers assaulting his wife.

I don't know the details, but I do see a bit of a double standard. Brett Rogers is a dirtbag for sure, but if Arianny Lopez goes menstrual and physically attacks her boyfriend/husband, that is the same offense. I really don't think that she should be treated differently under the law or by the UFC because she is a cute piece of ass.

Kendo, your missing the point. In the beginning of either of these situations the charge was the same and they were both arrested . That is what Zuffa based there decision on. Neither of the accused had been found guilty or had their day in court. They both were arrested and charged with the same crime. These were the only established FACTS at the time Zuffa made there decision to back Arianny, and to fire Brett.
