UFC 181 Embedded Episode 1: Say No To Selfies
UFC 181 goes down this weekend (Saturday December 6th, 2014) and features a headlining rematch between Johny Hendricks and Robbie Lawler. “Bigg Rigg” puts his welterweight strap on the line against “Ruthless”, in a rematch of their UFC 171 “Fight Of The Year” candidate. The event is hosted by the Mandalay Bay, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The blockbuster event also features a lightweight title fight between the returning champion Anthony Pettis, and ex-Strikeforce boss Gilbert Melendez. As it is fight week, the UFC has released the first in the Embedded series for UFC 181, featuring both headliners in a number of different scenarios.
Hendricks shows his golfing side, as he bashes some balls around the links, and also denies a reporter a selfie with his championship belt. Robbie Lawler (begrudgingly?) takes part in some interviews with the media after bidding farewell to his wife at home.
