Quillan Salkilld: Everyone At Lightweight is Beatable

UFC lightweight prospect Quillan Salkilld is on the rise – and it seems as if he’s feeling pretty confident about what the future holds for him.

Following on from his big win over Jamie Mullarkey, Quillan Salkilld is already being talked about as one of the most exciting young talents in all of mixed martial arts. At the age of just 26, he already seems to have the composure and confidence of a veteran, and he is pairing that up with some really impressive skills inside the cage. Now, of course, it’s all about trying to break his way into the ranks of the elite at 155 pounds.

Quillan Salkilld has been on the radar of many for a while, but the lightweight division has always been a strange one. It’s never easy to know who is coming or going, mainly because the veterans in the top 15 simply refuse to go away without a fight. Alas, with new players in town like Salkilld, it won’t be long before the young overtake the old.

In a recent interview, Quillan Salkilld reiterated his confidence in his own abilities as the hunt for gold continues.
