Islam Makhachev’s Manager Rips Ian Machado Garry With Brutal UFC 330 Warning

Ian Machado Garry, Ali Abdelaziz

Islam Makhachev’s manager, Ali Abdelaziz, has shown no love to Ian Machado Garry in the past few months.

Makhachev is going to defend his welterweight title at UFC 330 on August 15 against Garry.

Before the biggest fight of his career, the Irishman has appeared in multiple interviews, discussing a wide range of topics and drawing mixed reactions from fans and critics. Now, Abdelaziz has taken back-to-back digs at Garry before UFC 330.

In an interview with MMA Junkie’s Mike Bohn, the P4P king’s manager called Garry a “skinny twig,” before adding that “The Future” is not a serious opponent who is a competitor and not a fighter.

Abdelaziz called the Dubliner an average mixed martial artist who just moves a lot in the octagon, making him hard to track or predict. He said:

“[Ian Machado Garry] talks a lot… I don’t think he’s a serious man. He’s a competitor. I don’t think he’s a fighter. He’s a competitor. He’s a guy like playing karate, likes to touch and move, touch and move, touch and move…. I’m not saying he’s a bad fighter. I think he’s a good fighter. He’s an average fighter, and he’s just hard to figure out because he runs a lot.”

“He definitely lacks confidence as a man. We all know that he has to say extra things to promote the fight, and I appreciate it to make himself more relevant to make people believe it’s going to be a competitive fight.”

Ali Abdelaziz sends chilling warning to Ian Machado Garry

Ali Abdelaziz belives Ian Machado Garry will get a reality check at UFC 330 when Islam Makhachev puts the Irishman away. During the same interview posted above, he added:

“Islam is going to hunt him [Garry] like a deer who is a hunter with a 50 caliber machine gun, and after that, he’s going to put a bullet in his head, and he’s going to put him out… He can run… Islam is going to put him away.”

While Garry plans to demonstrate pure dominance for the first 15 minutes at UFC 330 and then finish Makhachev in the fourth round, the latter believes he will defeat Garry within three rounds.
