Paul Felder (10-2 MMA, 2-2 UFC) confirmed on Twitter that he would be fighting Daron Cruickshank (16-7 MMA, 6-5 UFC) in a lightweight bout at UFC Fight Night 81.

Felder is 2-3 in his last five bouts and is on a two-fight losing streak with losses to Edson Barboza and Ross Pearson.

Cruickshank is 1-3-1 in his last five bouts and have dropped his last two bouts due to rear-naked choke losses to Beneil Dariush and James Kruse.

T.J. Dillashaw vs. Dominick Cruz for the bantamweight title will headline this event. Also, this event will be shown on FOX Sports 1 while a few of the prelims will air on UFC Fight Pass.

The event takes place on January 17, 2016 at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts.
