Dubbed “The World’s Strongest Fight,” this clash marks Hall’s MMA debut against the seasoned Pudzianowski, who boasts a 17-9 record in professional MMA. The MMA bout will feature modified rules: two rounds of four minutes each with extended breaks between rounds. This adjustment aims to accommodate the super-heavyweight nature of the fight. Hall acknowledges the uphill battle he faces against an experienced opponent but remains determined to prove himself in the cage. “I’m going up against Mariusz Pudzianowski; five-time World’s Strongest Man, fierce man… but I’ve said ‘sod it,’ let’s just get this done,” Hall stated.

Unlike the typical image of a 200-kilo giant, Mariusz stepped onto global TV screens with a six-pack, broad chest, and massive biceps, inspiring countless young people, including myself, to hit the gym.
“His determination and willingness to push boundaries were unmatched—whether it was running five times further than anyone else in events like the carry or putting his life on the line for victory. That kind of heart and mindset resonated deeply with me and many others. To achieve greatness like that requires more than strength; it demands relentless drive and a refusal to settle for anything less than excellence.”
Pudzianowski recognizes Hall’s explosive power but believes his experience will be decisive. “For the first two minutes, it will be an unstoppable steam engine… but I have strength left and experience before youth,” he remarked.
