Daniel Cormier Names 3 Current UFC Champs Who Could Attain Three-Division Glory
Former UFC double champion Daniel Cormier has listed the names of three current champions who, according to “DC” can potentially fight for three UFC belts.
The first name in Cormier’s list is Ilia Topuria. Topuria has already attained 2-division glory. He is a former UFC featherweight champion and the current UFC lightweight champion. “El Matador” has already shown interest in moving up and fighting for a third title.

Fans are expecting Topuria to fight 170-pound champ Islam Makhachev by next year, if the former gets past interim-titleholder Justin Gaethje this year.
The second name on “DC’s” list is Alex Pereira. “Poatan,” a former UFC middleweight champion and the current and two-time light heavyweight titleholder, is rumored to move up and fight for the undisputed heavyweight championship soon. Even UFC head Dana White has seconded Pereira’s plan of moving up to 265 pounds.

The third and last name on Daniel Cormier’s list is UFC middleweight champion Khamzat Chimaev. “Borz” wants to move up and capture the light heavyweight title first and has also shown interest in fighting for the UFC heavyweight championship. However, currently, White wants Chimaev to first defend his 185-pound strap before thinking of transitioning.

Daniel Cormier says Alex Pereira, Ilia Topuria, and Khamzat Chimaev can fight for three UFC belts
In a recent YouTube video on his channel, Daniel Cormier said this about Ilia Topuria, Khamzat Chimaev, and Alex Pereira:
“I think Ilia [Topuria] has the ability to fight for three belts. I think [Alex] Pereira has the ability to fight for three belts, and I think [Khamzat] Chimaev has the ability to compete in three weight classes at a very high level.”
Lauding “Borz, Cormier added:
“He [Khamzat] didn’t fight for the belt at 170, but he’s the champion at 185, and I do believe that if he goes to 205, with the state of the division and the fighters there, he could be a real problem for guys in that weight class. It’s an exciting time to be Team Khamzat Chimaev because this dude seems to have the world at his fingertips.”
