BAMMA 16: Paul Daley vs Marinho De Rocha Fight Video

Paul Daley scores another trademark finish in Britain last night, but will the former UFC welterweight be getting a call from Dana White any time soon?

Bellator MMA and BAMMA welterweight Paul Daley is still busy making a name for himself outside the UFC. The reason behind that is “Semtex” exploded after his 2010 title eliminator fight with Josh Koscheck. Daley tried to sucker punch Kos well after the final bell, and was subsequently banished by UFC president Dana White for the infraction.

As well as reviving his kickboxing career, Daley is currently signed to Bellator MMA, and still fights on cards in his home of England. In the midst of a very busy weekend for combat sports as a whole, Daley headlined BAMMA 16 in Manchester, England last night. He went up against Marinho De Rocha as UFC Fight Night 51, WSOF 13, ONE FC 20 and Mayweather vs Maidana 2 all battled for viewer’s attention.

Daley scored yet another harsh knockout win, as can be seen in the above video. The question still lingers as to whether “Semtex” should be called back to the promotion he disgraced. There were rumours of a return for Daley earlier in the year, but they led to nothing, yet. The knockout win last night (Sat. Sept. 13th, 2014) was the first time Daley had fought since losing to pummelling Romario de Silva back in 2013.

Daley moves to 35-13 with 26 wins by way of T/KO, and we know that White goes back in his word, just sometimes. So do you think Daley should get another shot at the big show, or did he burn those bridges when he tried to knock the fade off Koscheck after the fact? Check out the BAMMA 16 fight video of Daley squashing another can, and tell me your thoughts.
