Adrien Broner Sued for Sexual Battery and Assault in New Lawsuit
Adrien Broner is facing a civil lawsuit in Los Angeles after a woman accused the former multi-division boxing champion of sexual battery, assault, defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress in connection with alleged encounters in June 2026. Broner has not publicly responded to the suit, and the allegations remain unproven in court.
Havana Saint filed the lawsuit against Broner, streamer Nurideen Shabazz, who broadcasts as DeenTheGreat, and Kick. The complaint names Broner in the sexual battery and assault claims, while Saint also alleges that Broner and Shabazz made defamatory statements about her during livestreams. Kick is accused of negligence.
Former Boxing Champion Adrien Broner Faces Sexual Battery Claims
Saint alleges “The Problem” Broner invited her and friends to an after-party on June 2, where he encouraged her to drink until she was unable to drive. She says she accepted an offer to stay at the home afterward and claims Broner then pressured her to engage in sexual activity, exposed himself and took her hand in an attempt to force sexual contact.
According to the filing, Saint repeatedly refused and told Broner she was not interested in men. She maintains that no sexual encounter took place between them. The lawsuit also describes a return to the home the next day, June 3. Saint alleges Broner was upset that they had not been intimate and tried to pull her upstairs despite her refusal. The complaint says she laughed at points during that exchange because she felt uncomfortable and scared.
Saint further alleges she encountered Broner again on June 8 at another Los Angeles County residence used for livestream content. After becoming intoxicated, she says Broner physically pulled or dragged her out of that residence and pressured her to go to his Encino home. She alleges he again sought sex after they arrived and that she again said no.
Saint and friends allegedly remained at Broner’s home that night. The next morning, the complaint says Broner poured ice water on her while streaming live, which Saint says caused humiliation and emotional distress.
The defamation portion centers on comments allegedly made during streams. Saint says Broner implied they had sex, despite her claim that they never did. She also alleges Shabazz told viewers she had slept with several people at the livestream residence, a statement she says was false.
Kick is named as a defendant on a negligence claim. The complaint alleges the platform failed to remove the content, investigate the reported conduct or suspend the relevant accounts.
