UFC 194 is being classified as the biggest event of all-time and its set to go down on December 12, 2014. Obviously all of the attention is going to the highly-anticipated, and long-awaited main event between featherweight king Jose Aldo, and interim champion Conor McGregor, and mostly McGregor at that.

However, the co-main event of the evening features an absolutely phenomenal fight as well as middleweight boss Chris Weidman puts his title on the line against surging contender Luke Rockhold. Rockhold got his first up close look of McGregor recently at the UFC’s “Go Big” press-conference, an event the “Notorious” one basically took over.

Many have different opinions towards the Irishmen’s brash, and outspoken personality, and Rockhold certainly has his as well. Speaking with TMZ recently, the American Kickboxing Academy (AKA) product said that McGregor is unproven, and smaller than he believes he is:

“He’s a lot smaller than he says he is, literally and figuratively. He’s a great fighter, a good fighter. But he’s unproven. He’s the No. 1 contender, he’s not a champion. We’ll see what he’s capable of. I think he’s got a lot of holes in his game.

Moving on, Rockhold took a shot at McGregor, saying that he’d like to “slap the sh*t” out of the loud mouthed Irishmen. He also mentioned that McGregor has no right comparing himself to women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey in terms of star power:

He’s got a fighting country behind him and he’s a great talker, he’s great for the sport. There can only be so many of them, but I’m lying if I say I’m not entertained by him at some points. But the other times, I want to slap the shit out of him. The guy is a loud mouth, comparing himself to Van Gogh and Ali. He’s even comparing himself to Rousey. Rousey is up here and you are down here, buddy. Work your way up, take your time, and practice some humility.”

Do you agree with the middleweight contender, or did McGregor prove himself by knocking out Chad Mendes, albeit Mendes taking the bout on short notice.
