Watch: Will Fleury Scores Quick KO To Retain Belt At Oktagon 90
Will Fleury delivered again at Oktagon 90, and this one ended fast. In the main event at Berlin’s Uber Arena on June 20, the Irish champion knocked out Kasim Aras at 1:29 of the second round to defend the OKTAGON heavyweight title and move one step deeper into a strong run with the promotion.

The fight did not open at a wild pace. Fleury worked with control, while Aras stayed patient and looked for entries without giving away much early. The official result shows the finish came in round two, but the timing alone does not tell the full story of how Fleury got there: he made Aras deal with his range and pressure before the fight broke open.
When it did, it changed in seconds. Early in the second round, Fleury found the knockout sequence and ended the bout at 1:29, closing the show before Aras could settle into any sustained offense. The result was one of several fast finishes on the night, with Niko Samsonidse scoring a knockout in 53 seconds and Tyrone Pfeifer stopping Niklas Stolze in 22 seconds.

Fleury came into the event as a rare double champion in OKTAGON, with being a champion and carrying a 16-3-0 mark. That recent title run is a big part of why Fleury has become one of the promotion’s central names. He beat Vemola by unanimous decision at Oktagon 65 to claim the light heavyweight championship, then added the heavyweight title by decision over Todev at Oktagon 68. Beating Aras by knockout now gives him a title defense with a more emphatic ending, and it adds variety to a resume that already includes wins by decision, submission, and stoppage during his OKTAGON run.

The next date already sits on the schedule. OKTAGON has a Prague event set for August 1, 2026, at Štvanice, the open-air venue that has become one of the promotion’s signature summer stops. Daniel Škvor has been identified in recent reporting as Fleury’s next opponent, and Škvor enters with a reputation for finishes
