A new co-main event and a bevy of other fights have been added to the UFC Fight Night 74 event on Aug. 23, 2015 in Saskatoon. The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) revealed the matchups in a press conference today (June 24, 2015).

In the co-main event, Erick Silva (18-5, 1 NC) will meet fellow welterweight Rick Story (18-8). The bout was originally set to take place at this Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 70 event, but visa issues put a damper on those plans.

Former World Series of Fighting title challenger Josh Burkman (27-11, 1 NC) will look for his first win since March 2014 when he battles former UFC middleweight title contender, Patrick Cote (21-9). “The Predator” will be vying for his second straight victory following his unanimous decision victory over Joe Riggs at UFC 186. Burkman will try to get the first victory in his second UFC run.

In a strawweight tilt, Valerie Letourneau (7-3) is set to battle the undefeated Maryna Moroz (6-0). Flyweights Chris Beal (10-1) and Chris Kelades (8-2) are also set to throw leather.

Three other competitors were announced for the card. Chad Laprise (11-0), Olivier Aubin-Mercier (6-1) and Sam Stout (21-11-1) will compete in Saskatoon and their opponents will be revealed at a later date.

UFC Fight Night 74 will feature a main event featherweight contest between Max Holloway (13-3) and Charles Oliveira (20-4, 1 NC).
