UFC 204 is less than a week away and the second episode of UFC 204 Embedded was released on the UFC’s YouTube channel. In the episode, middleweight title challenger Dan Henderson spends time with a fan in California before heading to Manchester for fight week, and middleweight champion Michael Bisping embarks on his homecoming journey. Dutch middleweight Gegard Mousasi shows off one of his real estate projects, Mousasi’s opponent Vitor Belfort gets a pre-workout massage, and the event headliners get acclimated to the UK

UFC 204 takes place on Saturday, October 8 in Manchester, England. The UFC Fight Pass prelims start at 6:30PM/3:30PM ETPT with four bouts while the FOX Sports 1 prelims air at 8PM/5PM ETPT with four bouts. The main card (PPV) airs at 10PM/7PM ETPT with four bouts.
