Golden Glory First 16 Recap and Results

Glory World Series held their First 16 event in Stockholm Sweden, featuring an international card of the world’s top kickboxers in the 70 kg weight class. Fights on the first 16 card were won by Shemsi Beqiri, Robin van Roosmalen, Tim Thomas, David Kyria, Ky Hollenbeck, Sanny Dahlbeck, Albert Kraus and Giorgio Petrosyan. These 8 fighters will face each other in the quarterfinals.

Weigh-ins were held this morning for the Glory World Series (GWS) First 16 Event in Stockholm Sweden for tomorrow’s event. GWS First 16 boasts an assemblage of the biggest names in the kickboxing world including Georgio Petrosyan, Robin van Roosmalen, Nieky Holzkein and Gokhan Saki. Glory World Series 2012 – First 16 fight card

On May 26, 2012 Glory World Series will hold Glory First 16, a 70kg Championship Kickboxing event at the Ericsson Globe Arena in Stockholm, Sweden. Glory has signed 16 of the world’s top kickboxers including Giorgio Petrosyan, Albert Kraus, Yoshihiro Sato, Fabio Pinca, Dzhabar Askarov, Ky Hollenback, Qi Chenglong and Kem Sitsongpeenong for these quarterfinals. The winners of these 8 bouts will fight in the Glory Final 70kg Championship in August which has a Winner’s purse of $300,000.
