Another one of the longest UFC title reigns that many put up there with the best ever is Demetrious Johnson’s run. Mighty Mouse was without a doubt, the greatest UFC flyweight champion in the history of the organization.

Demetrious held his title for an incredible 2142 days and surpassed Silva’s title defenses with 11 defenses. During that dominant run as flyweight champion, many considered Johnson the P4P best in the world.

He beat everyone from Henry Cejudo, Ray Borg, Wilson Reis, Kyoji Horiguchi, and John Dodson. Many also argue that Johnson won his contested split decision loss to Cejudo that ended his title.  Johnson then left the UFC where he landed at Cayman Islands promotion, ONE Championship.
