Joe Lauzon FS1: Boston Vlog Episode One
Joe Lauzon returns with his epic fight Vlog, this time we are seeing behind the scenes footage of Lauzon training in the lead up to his bout with Michael Johnson. The bout is goig to play a part in the awesome UFC on FS1: Boston card, headlined by Shogun vs. Sonnen and bolstered by a plethora of awesome MMA stars.
In the first episode of Lauzon’s new Vlog we get a sneak peek of the hard work and dedication that comes with being a pro athlete in combat sports. Lauzon MMA plays host to J Lau’s preparations in this vid, and we get to see some pretty hardcore strength and conditioning training. Check out Lauzon going double rounds in the sparring too.
