Brock Lesnar looking for a way out of the UFC?

According to Dave Meltzer of f4wonline.com, the answer is yes. Meltzer reports that the former UFC Heavyweight Champion is yet to negotiate with the UFC about his future in the promotion, not speaking about future opponent. Lesnar wants to participate in the upcoming Wrestlemania, what could prove itself as a better business than fighting against the likes of Cain Velasquez:

Meltzer also mentioned that Brock hasn’t trained a single day since the Velasquez fight nor he has returned any phone calls to Dana or Zuffa about upcoming matches.

Dave pointed out if Brock was motivated, he would be right back in the gym training and bringing in new coaches with the goal of beating Cain yet he isn’t doing that. He’s hunting and hasn’t even thought about his next fight. Lesnar apparently wants to do WrestleMania “badly” and will earn an estimated 2 million dollars for 30 minutes of work.

Everything is pointing towards Brock having one more fight and ending his contract. His head doesn’t seem to be in the fighting game and it looks like it was just yet another successful business move. – via TheUG

However, UFC might have different plans for Lesnar, with a coaching role on the upcoming TUF 13 season as an option. According to recent reports, Frank Mir will not face Brendan Schaub, making him available for Spike TV taping of the show and future bout against the arch nemesis in Brock Lesnar. Team Lesnar vs. Team Mir could be one of the most intense seasons of the franchise, especially after a lack of “mutual hatred” between Georges St. Pierre and Josh Koscheck at TUF 12.
