Arman Tsarukyan Says He’ll Buy Ilia Topuria’s House, But Only on One Condition

Arman Tsarukyan, Ilia Topuria

As per Infobae, UFC lightweight champion Ilia Topuria listed his $3.5 million home in Madrid for sale in January 2026.

Topuria, who has taken a break from fighting due to personal reasons, is expected to enter the octagon anytime between April and June. However, interim champion Justin Gaethje, who is in Topuria’s crosshairs next, to unify the belt, has shown interest in fighting ‘El Matador’ on the UFC White House Card. That being said, the Topuria vs. Gaethje title unification bout is now expected to be featured on the historic June 14 event, which will take place in the South Lawn of the White House.

Coming to Topuria’s house story, Arman Tsarukyan, who has a strained relationship with ‘El Matador,’ wants to buy the property and has agreed to pay the exact price it’s listed for, only if the Georgian-Spaniard agrees to fight ‘Ahalkalakets.

Tsarukyan, the top 155-pound contender, has been chasing a bout with Topuria for months. However, the champion has no interest in locking horns with the Armenian and has previously stated that he would vacate rather than fight the 29-year-old.

ACD MMA on X shared this news about Topuria selling his home, in a post captioned:
