Tito Ortiz appears focused in final UFC open workout
Posted on July 6, 2012, 09:45 AM by Mike DrahotaThis video showcases the once dominant UFC Light Heavyweight champ Tito Ortiz in his final pre-fight open workout. Set to face felow former champion Forrest Griffin in a trilogy-ending grudge match at UFC 148, Ortiz shows some very crisp striking in the workout. He appears focused and ready for the fight, looking to of course go out on a high note. The Huntington Beach Bad Boy has nothing left to prove, and he is already in the UFC Hall of Fame, but it is guaranteed that he wants nothing more than to defeat Griffin and add to his already considerable legacy. The rubber match should be a great co-main event bout on Saturday night. - courtesy of MMAHeat.com

I saw Ortiz fight and lose to Guy Mezger in the second UFC VHS I rented when i was 11-12 years old. Its crazy that he has fought in the organization for over 15 years. I think he deserves respect from the fans, even if you dislike/hate him.
Jap, and after 14 years he changed from the bad boy to the people's champ....He sure does and hope he goes out with a win.
I hope he is gonna win. I doubt he can finish forrest , but he could win a good decision after a good performance
Not a massive fan of his but win or lose I hope he goes out like the warrior he is.
this is the most non-important match up i can think of... wrose than wanderlei vs franklin at 190lbs
Way more relevant than any of your first and last emperors final 3 fights. At least these guys are willing to fight in the top organization against the top competition. Fedor got beat 3 times in a row and ran back to mommy (M1)
Fedor got paid very well for his crappy fights. Tito gets paid too but I felt embarrassed watching his fight against nog. I think he was crying at one point from those rib shots.
