Watch Former Opponent Crash Heather Hardy’s Bellator 185 Faceoff

Hardy 185

Rising mixed martial arts star and decorated female boxer Heather Hardy will take on Kristina Williams in her second Bellator fight in the co-main event of tomorrow’s (Oct. 20, 2017) Bellator 185 from the Mohegan Sun in Connecticut.

At today’s (Oct. 19, 2017) weigh-ins, Hardy stepped off the scale to engage in a stare down with Williams, but she was confronted by another female who elected to approach the stage.

According to a report from MMAFighting.com, that female was Shelly Vincent, whom Hardy scored a win over in a boxing bout last year for the WBC International female featherweight title.

When asked about Vincent, Hardy labeled her simply as an ‘obsessed fan’:

“I’m completely focused on my opponent right now and keeping my undefeated record wherever I fight,” Hardy said. “Besides, that was just one of my obsessed fans.”

Hardy made her mixed martial arts and Bellator debut last June at Bellator 180, scoring a TKO victory over Alice Yauger at Madison Square Garden. She also holds a 20-0-1 professional boxing record.

Bellator 185 is set to be headlined by a middleweight clash between Gegard Mousasi and ex-champion Alexander Shlemenko.
