UFC Oklahoma City: Dricus du Plessis vs. Kamaru Usman – Prelim Results and Highlights
The UFC heads to the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City on July 18 for UFC Fight Night 281. This event marks the company’s third visit to Oklahoma City.
In the main event, former UFC middleweight champion Dricus du Plessis returns to the octagon to lock horns with former welterweight titleholder Kamaru Usman, who’s again moving up to 185 pounds in pursuit of two-division glory before potentially retiring.
A victory in this fight could put either former champion next in line for a title shot.
The co-main event of the night features a middleweight showdown between Jared Cannonier and Christian Leroy Duncan.
Duncan is riding a four-fight win streak in the UFC and boasts wins over Roman Dolidze and Marco Tulio, among others.
On the other hand, Cannonier is coming off a loss to Michael Page and has lost three of his past four fights.
