Report: Mirko Cro Cop Didn’t Actually Fail USADA Drug Test
This may be the best news ever for fans of Croatian striker and Pride FC legend Mirko Cro Cop, as it looks like USADA made a big mess of his drug test on November 4 2015…
Mirko Cro Cop Filipovic, one of the most well known and revered faces in MMA history, got dragged through the mud at the end of 2015. He was reported to have failed a November 4 USADA (United States Anti Doping Agency) drug test for HGH (Human Growth Hormone) and was hit with a mandatory two year ban for the infraction. It was to date his first failed drug test.
That said, it turns out he didn’t actually fail the drug test after all, as Croatian news site Vecernji and Cro Cop himself reported last night. Check it out:
“Dear Mirko, as part of our investigating and testing your sample we took 4th November, and this to inform you that the results do not indicate the presence of any illicit substances or methods. According to the applicable rules, we can make another analysis, and we will keep all the samples”
This was an email that Cro Cop says he received on November 8 from USADA executive Travis T Tyvart. He then took to Facebook to reveal the news to his fans:

Cro Cop is an innocent man, and once again USADA proves they are not the invincible and accurate force that they are often portrayed to be in the media. BUT, and it’s a big one, Cro Cop himself admitted to taking HGH before the results went public. So, he beat the test?
