Johny Hendricks: I taught Martin Kampmann how to wrestle

UFC Welterweight contender Johny Hendricks appears in an interview from UFC.com, and quickly states his analysis of opponent Martin Kampmann’s game. While both are rising to the top of the UFC quickly, Hendricks notes that he taught former training partner Kampmann much of what he knows about wrestling and defending shots. Kampmann comes in off of wins over Thiago Alve and Jake Ellenberger, while Hendricks has beaten Jon Fitch and Josh Koscheck in his last two. The winner will most likely receive a crack

How big will MMA become in Brazil?

With the announcement that the UFC will be making a return to Brazil in January for UFC 156, the question has to be asked just how big can the UFC become in Brazil? It is already huge, and is set to explode next year and beyond. FuelTV’s “Ultimate Answers” poses the questions and has several UFC athletes answer it, from Michael Bisping to Jon Fitch to Tito Ortiz. Coming off a decision win over Josh Koscheck and a one-punch knockout of Jon Fitch, Hendricks had the following to say:
“Carlos Condit, he said he wanted to fight Kampmann.

The one thing that many fans seem to be concerned about in this bout is the potential for it to be a “boring” wrestling match.  That concern is based around the fact that both Fitch and Hendricks were accomplished amateur wrestlers
