UFC Light Heavyweight champion Jon Jones referred to contender Dan Henderson as a one-trick pony and that Jones would be going for a TKO in their upcoming bout at UFC 151. At 41-years old Dan Henderson has some miles on his body, making his MMA debut in 1997. Since that fight, a TKO victory over Crezio de Souza, he has gone 29-8, with his last fight, a 25 minute battle with Marucio Rua, considered by many to be one of the best main event fights in UFC history.

Now I won’t even begin to preach this list as matter of fact. As with more or less any top 10 list, it is completely subjective and unique to the person making it, and there is no list that everyone will be able to agree on, especially on such a debatable topic as the one I’m about to delve into. However, i have tried to be as fair as possible and take each fighter’s accomplishments into account with as equal measure as his counterparts. And that is mostly what my list is attempting to reflect:
Jon Jones: I would definitely take a “right fight” at Heavyweight
“I kind of like how Randy (Couture) has done it all throughout his MMA career. With the right fight, I would definitely take a fight at heavyweight, but my dreams and my goals are all at the light heavyweight division, and I don’t want anything to get twisted saying I want to fight Cain (Velasquez) or any of the top heavyweights. If there was a cool fight stylistically for me at heavyweight, I’d give something to the fans and fight at a bigger weight.” – full interview at
