Eagle FC lightweight Mehdi Dakaev had one of the most unbelievable knockouts in recent memory.

Dakaev landed a diving left hook that landed cleanly and put his opponent Makkasharip Zaynukov to sleep in the 2nd round of the main event at Eagle FC43.

Dakaev now moves to a record of 13-2 in his career as a professional MMA fighter. The KO took social media by storm and fans of MMA everywhere loved the move. The KO has to be up there for KO of the year with the likes of Sergio Pettis and many others. Dakaev is legitimately flying through the air and able to generate enough power to knock his opponent out. All while being able to land the strike clean.

Eagle FC is taking their promotion that was predominately in Russia to the United States within the next few months. Khabib Nurmagomedov re-branded the promotion and has since helped it grow exponentially. The Promotion is set to have an event in Miami in January. The promotion is also looking to have a few more events in the United States in 2022 as well.

They have since signed fighters like former UFC light heavyweight champion Rashad Evans to fight on the Miami card. They also have signed Antonio ‘Bigfoot’ Silva to a contract as well.
