Joe Rogan: Conor McGregor Best Trash Talker In MMA Business
While talking with multiple-time kickboxing world champion John Wayne Parr on a recent episode of the JRE podcast, longtime UFC commentator, Joe Rogan made headlines when he stated that UFC megastar Conor McGregor is the best trash talker in the MMA business. He would explain that the American Gangster, Chael Sonnen used to be the best trash talker, but since he is no longer in the sport, the nod goes to McGregor.
“Conor is the best shit talker ever,” Rogan said. “I think that’s just him, I think he’s just free and just thinks that way. He’s just an amazing shit talker, he’s so good at it.”
Rogan would claim that McGregor can go from being a trash talker to the nicest guy in the world.
“And he wasn’t like that earlier in his career, he became like that really when he got to the UFC,” said Rogan. “I mean he head a hair of that before, he had a little bit of that before, where was confident and he would talk well. I’ve been following Conor for years, I tweeted him a long time ago, like several years ago, back when he was fighting in England. I believe it was — I think it was England, I’m not sure — fighting in some overseas organization, and I watched it on Youtube, and I was like, ‘This guy is f*cking talented’.”
McGregor is scheduled to fight Jose Aldo at UFC 194 for the featherweight title in the main event. UFC 194 takes place on December 12th at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
