Daniel Cormier vs. Jon Jones 2 Set For……Today!

Just be prepared, Daniel Cormier has accepted Jon Jones’ challenge to fight him again, in New Mexico, TODAY……

UFC light-heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier and his predecessor Jon Jones shared one of the biggest feuds in MMA history. With a background including countless heated arguments, a UFC 178 media day brawl that set the web on fire, and a ‘hot mics’ out take video that sparked controversy online, ‘Bnes’ and ‘DC’ entered UFC 182 with a point to prove.

Unfortunately for the AKA (American Kickboxing Acadamy) product, it was Jones’ night, but a whole lot has changed since then. When ‘Bones’ went in to meltdown following a late night hit and run in New Mexico and was stripped of his belt, Cormier came in to his own. Defeating Anthony Johnson for the vacated strap at UFC 187 and then defending it once against Alexander Gustafsson at UFC 192, the former Olympic wrestler was finally seeing the dividends of years of hard work.

Then Jones got reinstated and started trolling ‘DC’ over social media, much like he did when he had an iron grip on the 205-pound division. Both are at it again, and have agreed to fight today (Saturday October 31, 2015) in Alburquerque, New Mexico. Knowing how deep their rivalry is, and how the UFC loves to have camera crews in place for this sort of thing, expect this to be a lot more truthful than you may think at first glance.

Given Cormier’s history of living up to his word, and the deep rivalry with Jones, the following Twitter beef could be the start of their next hype train. Check it out:
