Bo Nickal claims that Colby Covington is trying to run away from UFC White House clash

UFC prospect Bo Nickal has reiterated his desire to battle Colby Covington at the White House event this summer.

While his run in the Ultimate Fighting Championship hasn’t been perfect, Bo Nickal is still considered to be a really interesting prospect in the promotion. He’s done some incredible things in his wrestling career and now, he’s looking to prove that he can learn, grow and develop into a potential title contender at some point in the future.

Recently, Bo Nickal has been going back and forth with Colby Covington, with some suggesting it’s a fight that would be perfect to take place at the White House. Both men have voiced their support for Donald Trump in the past, especially Colby, who has been a vocal fan of the controversial US president for many years now.

In a recent tweet, Bo Nickal fired back at Colby Covington for saying that he isn’t interested in fighting a fellow American on the card.

Bo Nickal discusses possible Colby Covington clash

Covington: “I really like the fight with Paddy Pimblett. It’s an American versus a British guy. I don’t want to fight an American guy on the 250th birthday of America.”

Nickal: “Colby talks crap about me the n says he wants to move to 185. I say okay let’s fight at the White House. Now he’s trying to run away. What a wimp. Man up and take your beating @ColbyCovMMA”

Some will wonder whether or not Nickal deserves to fight someone like Covington who has previously held an interim world title, but at the same time, ‘Chaos’ hasn’t been able to pick up a win in the organization for quite a while – so perhaps instead of fighting a big name like Pimblett, this is the kind of level he should be looking at.
