Battle of the big guys at heavyweight next, as Timothy Johnson faces Bellator veteran and M-1 Global heavyweight champ Alexander Volkov. Johnson sports his incredible moustache to the octagon, ‘Drago’ looks ready for this clash.

Round 1. Here we go, Volkov the aggressor, Johnson circling away, Volkov clips Johnson early. TJ moving away constantly here, Volkov steps with a nice 1-2, jumping knee and now a big combo by Volkov. Round 2. Volkov looks good again, landing a 1-2 to open the round. Johnson lunges with some big hooks, Volkov has a great chin. The clinch is turned around by TJ, they hit the mat and scramble. Combos by Volkov now, ore rushing power shots by Johnson. Nice knee by Volkov, this is a tense bout, Volkov connecting from range, Johnson slowing a little here. 10-9 Volkov.

Round 3. 1-2 to open the round again, Johnson misses, head kick by Drago. They clinch again, the crowd going crazy asking for action. More combos by Volkov but both men have slowed here. Stepping knee by Volkov lands, Johnson looks worn down. They clinch again, Volkov seems happy to control but with little offense in this final round. Crazy right hand misses by TJ, head kick lands for Volkov, this is a gritty round. Volkov stuffs the takedown, but Johnson takes the back as they trade positions on the feet. Round ends,10-9 Volkov.
