After the first week in the house the fighters are divided up, and start their quest to out last their counterparts.
In November 2011 Dan Henderson returned to the UFC after spending some time in the Strikeforce organization. During his stay in Strikeforce he captured the organization’s Light Heavyweight title, defeating Rafael Cavalcante by TKO. He followed up that victory with another TKO win, stopping Fedor Emelianenko in the first round. When he stepped foot in the Octagon in November he and his opponent, Mauricio Rua delivered one of the best main events in UFC history going toe to toe for the full 25 minutes
After the dust settled on UFC 144 in Japan, Ben Henderson had taken the Lightweight title from Frankie Edgar in a five-round war. Henderson showed a well-rounded game and has reached the top of the division, but his work is far from over. This year promises to be a time of great action for the ultra-stacked UFC Lightweight division. Several fighters could make their own case for a title fight against Henderson. Let’s take a look at the most deserving:

The UFC will head to Atlanta on April 21, 2012 for UFC 145, which will be headlined by a bout that will see Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones defend his title against Rashad Evans, a fight that many, including the combatants, have been looking forward to for some time.

After being promised a “dog fight” in the UFC 143 main event, UFC fans could not be blamed if they were somewhat skeptical when Diego Sanchez proclaimed that his UFC of Fuel TV main event bout against Jake Ellenberger was going to be the same.
After 15 minutes, I’m not sure if you could construe what occurred between Sanchez and Ellenberger as a dog fight, but even if you don’t there’s no denying that it was one of the more entertaining fights that fans witnessed
