Cub Swanson And Kron Gracie Go To War – UFC Tampa Highlights
Cub Swanson got back on the win column after a back-and-forth war with Kron Gracie in the co-main event of UFC Tampa earlier today.
Swanson utilized footwork and attacked the body while avoiding getting into clinch situations with Gracie. Gracie wasn’t backing down, however. Despite the punishment he was taking and his inability to get the takedown, he was also landing strikes and walking forward throughout.
However, Swanson was just a level above him and clearly edged all three rounds. The judges saw it the same way, scoring the bout unanimously (30-27, 30-27, 30-27) in favor of the 35-year-old who snapped a four-fight losing run.
