Chael Sonnen: Silva asked for Mercy during our fight

One day before CSAC revealed about Chael Sonnen testing positive for PED at UFC 117, The Oregonian revealed at the Fan Expo in Boston that the reigning Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva asked him for mercy during their main event bout last August. Sonnen claimed that Silva told him in the middle of the fight that his ribs were hurt, asking "to take it easy" on him. Chael Sonnen will now be suspended for around a year, as Anderson Silva is expected to fight Vitor Belfort on the Superbowl week.
