UFC Fight Night 54: Rory MacDonald vs Tarec Saffiedine Highlights
As the longtime heir apparent to friend and training partner Georges St. Pierre’s long-held UFC welterweight title, Rory MacDonald had a lot to prove against Tarec Saffiedine in the main event of UFC Fight Night 54 tonight (Sat., October 4, 2014) from the Scotiabank Center in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
“Ares” did exactly what he needed to, putting a stamp on “Sponge” with a third round TKO to earn his first finish since UFC 145 in April 2012.
