UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey continued to prove that she’s head and shoulders above her nearest competition by knocking out Bethe Correia in a mere 34 seconds in the main event of tonight’s (Sat., August 1, 2015) UFC 190 pay-per-view (PPV) from the HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

‘Rowdy’ dedicated the win to her famous namesake, recently passed pro wrestling legend ‘Rowdy’ Roddy Piper, and she also gave respect to her father, whose suicide Correia had supposedly knew about but still used to play ‘head games’ in the lead-up to the fight. In hindsight that wasn’t the best idea, as Rousey showed that her striking has now come to equal her world-class grappling.
