- Boner89 : "Disappointing Main-Event, but I guess thats what we should expect from GSP now-a-days. Rest of the card was pretty entertaining. The crowd didn't seem as into it as I thought it would be, I think UFC's do better in a more intimate setting."

Further up the coast is where the Tsunami hit and it's total devastation up there. In Tokyo there are still a lot of tremors and fears about radiation but apart from that I'm just trying to get on with things as normal, though it's really hurt our business cuz so many students stopped coming and all our Korean students went back to Korea. (They'd rather risk a Kim Jong Il bombing raid) Hope everything's good with you mate."

(no I don't just like Northern upstarts like Bisping) I just mentioned it cuz I'm so excited about it. I think Jones is a great fighter and human being, but my hearts with Shogun, cuz I've been following him for about 6 years now and I think he's a brilliant fighter. I put UK as I'm from there but I've been living in Japan for the last 8 years, otherwise, yes it wouldn't be easy. "

- Accyfist : "(cont)......But for me what sets him apart from most are his excellent stamina and work-rate and mostly his relentlessness in going for the finish when he's got someone hurt. This means if his opponent gasses or they mess up or he hurts them, they could be in big trouble no matter who they are. Any one or all could be a danger for any fighter. That's an honest breakdown of his style from some that spent quite a few years studying various martial arts, albeit for street defence. Where does this mean he stands? In terms of who he's fought and what he's achieved, I think Sherdog's got it right at number 10, but of those ranked ahead of him, I'd give him a very good chance against Santiago, Jacare, Maia a good chance against Okami, a fair chance against Nate and Vitor, a small chance against Chael and Dan and no chance against Anderson. There are others ranked behind that I'd be 50/50 on. So this is why I think he's a little better than you say he is. But we have to wait and see what he can do from now on, it's crunch time in his next 2 or 3 fights, we find out the rest then. Now let's get excited for the Bones - Shogun fight, shall we?"
- Accyfist : "OK I got a bit more free time. I hate repeating what I said so I'll put it in other words. Most of what you read was actually my critique of Bisping, so that's why I seemed to be saying nothing different to you, but a lot more in depth. I think the problem we have here is that you think I'm trying to say Bisping's the next MW champ. I'm not, I'm probably only rating him a little better than you are. So let's put it like this, generally, his aforementioned striking, couples with wrestling used to allow him to strike as he likes to (he's not going to try to out-wrestle Olympians, is he?) and his Ju jitsu skills could see him pull some subs if he finds himself there, but really allow him to get up off his back quickly and go back to striking. So he's utilising all aspects of MMA to allow him to fight the game his way. That's what all athletes aim to do. He doesn't need to be able to out-wrestle the best wrestlers of sub a BJJ black or out strike a better striker but he has plenty options in all areas depending on his opponent. (cont..)"

And calling my IQ below average is technically a direct not back handed insult and anyway the correct term is back-handed compliment in that it appears to be a compliment but is really more of an insult. Mine are more subtle digs or sly remarks. I never met anyone who spells 'or' or 'your' incorrectly to be sarcastic, so wow! you must have a really quirky sense of humour (that's a back-handed compliment right there!) But don't worry, I make typing errors all the time. It's not an academic website, so don't worry Boner! But in my defense and maybe yours too I have a degree in Philosophy and I'm a professional English teacher in Japan so I'm certainly no genius but I do alright thanks. Anyway, I've almost given up on you but as I said, I couldn't post my full comment so that's why my argument cannot be clearly seen yet but I'll update you later. Oh and it's DEFINITELY not DEFIANTLY. Stop the 'sarcasm' Boner."
