"It's ironic that Diaz calls Josh a ***** just after he got knocked out by it and refuses to man up and accept the loss. I'm a fan of Nate but he needs to take some tutoring from Gil in how to be classy in defeat, both Diaz brothers need that seminar actually."

"He looked so sharp in the Nelson and Russow, I don't see how Nog can win this fight unless he manages to sneak in a massive punch that ends the fight there."

"I use the word all the time, it's a fun word to use... but then again I'm not a famous athlete who said it to 175k followers when I'm representing a organisation which already gets a lot of flak.... especially when I'm someone who is basically the company's go-to-guy for the mainstream fights on FOX. Dana said they are still deciding on the outcome for Nate, which is one of two things - fine and suspension or cut him. Say what you want but they HAVE to do something, they can't just let it slide. Kobe Bryant got caught saying the same word a couple of years ago and got a $100000 fine... I wonder if Nate would prefer if the UFC just came out and did that."

- Daniel Cassidy : "see if you search on google: "how to region unlock dvd player (then add brand name, model etc), it should tell you how to do it. there are 5 regions, and with most dvd players you can only change the region 5 times max, however on most, especially cheap ones, you can unlock to all regions. you could also unlock an xbox 360 and watch on that. hope this helps!"
