"I think Weidman will surprise many people, after reading many articles from UFC fighters @ MW & LHW, they have all talken highly about Weidman & how he could do much damage @ LHW as well. He will take Silva down, thats guaranteed, he's a bigger, stronger & better Sonnen, not to mention he's much younger. But I think Weidman should have taken 1 fight before the Silva fight, b/c he hasn't fought in such a long time. I think Weidman could have given Silva real good run after his fight vs. Munoz, b/c he was injury free & he had fought 3 times in less than a year or something close to that. But now he's been out for a long time, had major shoulder surgery & his 1st fight back is vs. Silva .... OUCH! It's the same thing as Belfort, he was out for 18 month or so, due to multiple injuries, include ring rust, makes for a tough comeback, but then you fight Silva .... it was such a lose, lose for Belfort. Which is why if he wins his next fight, then Belfort deserves to fight Silva again."

"I think PEttis has done the weight cut before he asked to fight @ 145lbs, or at least went down to 150lbs, I think he can make 145lbs fairly easy, and still have cardio on his side! Only my opinion!"

"I'm sure this fight with Aldo vs. Pettis will be better than GSP vs. Diaz,m b/c both fighters will show up, unlike in the GSP vs. Diaz fight, where GSP was the only one to show up! Should be a hell of a fight, PEttis by KO/TKO in the 4th or 5th. Aldo's cardio is his undoing if he doesnt finish PEttis before the end of the 3rd, he's done in the later rounds, b/c Pettis will have cardio all day & add power, vs. a tired guy = TKO!!! or at least a finish! "I concur with your pick. I have Pettis, especially if Aldo doesn't finish him before the end of the 3rd round. Aldo was pretty gassed vs. Edgar & Hominick, and neither of those fighters have the power of "Showtime". I think Pettis will have just as much power, but more awkward angle kicks & punches, than Aldo. Pettis is one bad moe foe. I know aldo is, but Aldo lacks cardio, which is HUGE in fighting, especially when your opponent has better cardio than you, but has just as much power & tricks up his sleeve. I can see PEttis beating Aldo, then beating Ben Henderson, especially if Henderson fights like he did vs. Gilbert. Though, I wouldn't be surprised if Aldo won by any means, but I just think Pettis matches up power, strikes, kicks & skill wise, but he has the Cardio, something that has been Aldo's achilles for yrs, due to his massive weight cut. Pettis by TKO in the 4th or 5th. Not sure if Aldo can take a punch to the chin, so I'm going to give him credit & say he can, but only until his cardio holds up. "

"Well, he's moving from the WORST division in all of MMA/UFC (MW) & fighting in the best division in the UFC (WW), well hopefully he gets with a great team & does well. Realistically he won't be figthing GSP, Maia or any other top top WW over the age of 30, b/c most of those guys might have 2, 3 or 4 yrs left. And, let's be honest Kelvin is nowhere near GSP level, nor will he be in 3 or 4 yrs time. He's only 21 & possibly has a long career ahead of him, as long as he trains with great camp, he should do just fine, but we're not going to hear of Kelvin figthing for the title or a #1 contendership in 2 or 3 yrs .... doubt it! He'd get murdered if he fought Koscheck, Alves, Marquardt or Lawlor, let alone Condit, Hendricks, Rory or Ellenberger. (any time soon)."
